    These forums are for support to sites created on WordPress.com. I can see your site is self-hosted with an external provider.

    You may be able to find help here: https://wordpress.org/support/ or contact your hosting provider.

     Also to resolve the 500 Internal Error. It is a server error. Please contact your hosting provider regarding this issue. They will assist you better since they have access to error logs.
