Long Distance Charges for help

This is the second time this has happened, I get an email from WordPress saying my site has been updated, I open my site, it doesn’t work, I call the number provided in the email, I ask the ‘happiness engineer’ am I being charged for long distance [because of my previous experience] both times I called the rep said no. I check my phone bill and sure enough I’m being charged for 2 calls to the US from Canada. Rep one kept me on hold, then gave me bad information, Rep two was just rude. About 30 minutes in total, about 20$ in charges, but it’s the principle of the matter. Word Press, please state in your emails that there are long distance charges for help, or provide your customers with a 1 800 number. I’m very disappointed in this my second experience with long distance charges. Anyone else having this issue?
