Long link is cut off in sidebar

I have a long email link in my right sidebar that is getting cut off. It there a way to wrap text?
In the same widget (expert speakers) the speaker at the top is highlighted as if it is a link, but it’s not. The html code I used is the same as the other speakers:

Yes, sorry for the repeat post. I couldn’t find my original so I thought maybe I had closed the window before I hit the send post button.

Not a problem. You can always find a list of your posts when you come to the forum by clicking on your username where it says, Welcome growthesource.
