Long list of search history. Where do these come from?

    When I hit the magnifying glass in search, a long list of search topics is generated which I have not made. Where do these come from? Many look like someone trying to hack me, ex:

    “…my name…my address…purchase price…”

    Help I need to know how this list is populated…where are these coming from? I do not do searchs from inside my wordpress blog.
