Look Deeper Bournville Site

  We ran a project around 7 years ago, call Look Deeper Bournville. The team that ran the project created a word press site for us. We are paying for the the site annually and we no longer wish to do this. As we ‘own’ the content as the school that hosted the event we no longer wish for the website to be live. We are unable to contact the original administrator of the site. Are Word press able to change the auto renew settings on our behalf? Please advise.

  Are you able to confirm the URL of the website that you need assistance with please?

  With regards to changing anything on the site at this stage, we wouldn’t be able to do this without the consent of the person who created (and would own) the site.

  With that in mind, account recovery might be a route to consider. https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/

  Since that site is owned by a different account than the one you’re contacting us from we’re not able to cancel that site’s upgrades. Only the owner of that site can do that.
