http://therespectprogram.wordpress.com is the blog i am trying to create and the blog title is my user name therespectprogra and I want the title of the blog to be The Respect Program. How can i change this?

also pick a city in your time zone so your Post times will be accurate
remember to save changes – bottom of the page
