Looking for a directory plug-in.

I’m looking to replicate the directory system used here: http://www.thenps.com/member-profile/adrianturpin/ to a certain extent.
It does not have to copy it, I’d just like to have this look/feel for my own website, all the other directory plugins that I’ve found thus far don’t really do what I want it too and most of them are for companies and not people on their own per-say.
I would like it to have the information required here: name, email address, bio, social media etc and then I would simply link off to a gallery etc and it NEEDS to have a search function, we need them to be able to be searched, they cannot all be searched in a localised directory, it needs to be a search function.
Is there any plug-in that does this?

There is no such thing as directory plugin for a WordPress.COM blog.
If you want FTP access and to install plugins or third party themes into a site then you will have to hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting/ and set up your own WordPress.org install.
There is no FTP access and no blogger installed plugin capability on any free hosted WordPress.com blogs.
