Looking for a directory theme that allows description of individual properties

Sorry Im new here and have had a look around but cant work out how to go about making a directory website that allows reviews of specific properties. I cant seem to find a theme (or is it customisable) that allows me to search for specific properties via their address. Then each property would have a description or review of the property. Hopefully this makes sense. Similar to this website- https://www.domain.com.au/property-profile

Thanks for your reply. I get that but how do I know which theme/plugin will give me this functionality. Do I need to research every one individually? Or contact the creators? Theres so many cusotme themes I dont know where to start

You can start by searching for a few guides online. Then you’ll have to test the most popular plugins and most probably test the ones that fit your needs.
There’s no plugin and theme combo that will magically do it all for you. So, a bit of research is needed.
