  Dear,

  do you know any plug-in to show in my wp blog some flashing news (one by one), like in newspapers’ sites (e. g. in the header of USAToday.com)?

  We can’t use plugins on wordpress.com. If you’re hosted somewhere else, you may want to try asking on the wordpress.org forums.
