  I need a form builder plug-in to make an intake form, not just a contact form. and there are a whole lot which one do you guys think is easiest to use?

  If you are areferring to a free hosted WordPress.com blog please provide the URL as you blog is not linked to your username. There is no FTP access to WordPress.com blogs and we cannot install plugins. They are only for WordPress.org installs. For clarity please read > http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
