Looking for a Hosting Service with Better Customer Service

  I am currently a Squarespace user but planning to switch to Wix or WordPress. Customer service is important to me–especially the ability to speak to a real person, either over phone or web chat. Can I speak to a real person at WordPress?

  There’s no phone support at WordPress.com as staff are scatterered all around the globe. With a Premium plan or higher you have access to Livechat with staff however.

  We have amazing support here at WordPress.com, but that’s only going to be as good as the expectations you have about what’s involved in such a move and where the challenges will be.

  If you have specific features or functions on your Squarespace site now that are *must have*, let us know what those are so we can factor that into the conversation.
