Looking for a membership theme

  I am looking to put up a site that allows membership. I need it to track each persons progression as they work through the model we have laid out. I need them to be able to login and track their own status. Any thoughts or ideas would be helpful

  What you describe is not the function of a theme. It’s also not possible on a WordPress.COM blog. You are describing a WordPress.ORG install with a membership plugin. For that you need to hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting/ and set up a free WordPress.ORG software install.

  I am currently signed up with godaddy web hosting. Is that what you are referring too?

  If you already have a web host for your site ie. Godaddy then you need to post to the WordPress.ORG support forum for help because it is not hosted by WordPress.COM. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.
