Looking for a plug-ing that integrates facebook to WP

I often write articles for my blog that requires me to plan them for a certain day/time which is often followed-up by a facebook post on the facebook page of the blog. What I am essentially looking for is a plug-in that is integrated within the ‘Adding New Post’ screen that helps me plan my article + post a tailored FB post on the FB page on the day/time I have set it for to post. I’ve tried searching for it, but I ended up with no results. So I was wondering whether such plug-in exist or whether there are any alternatives for my problem?

There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and we cannot install individual plugins into them. Those found on the internet are for WordPress.ORG installs which run on different software.
