  can you advise?

  That will not be possible with the current plan you have purchased. Plugins can only be used as part of the business plan. See here: https://wordpress.com/pricing/

  Hi there @sshimshon I see you asked a couple of days ago about importing a CSV file of email subscribers. In the past Staff were able to do this, but I’m not certain if that it is still possible now. staff-zinnia or another Staff member will let you know about that.

  Also, if you have any kind of upgrade plan, like the new Blogger plan, you also have access to direct support via email when you post to https://wordpress.com/help/contact

  Our following system is opt-in, and we don’t send mass invites to follow a site.

  But you can invite followers using the tools outlined here:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/adding-users/#how-to-invite-people-to-your-site

  Noting too, if your list is on Mailchimp, we do have options for that on our servers:

  Add a Mailchimp Pop-Up

  Insert a Mailchimp Signup Form
