Looking for a Plugin for record label promo tool

Hi, I’m looking for a plugin that allows me to (all of them):
– show a music player
– require the user to leave a text and rating feedback to download one of the audio files of the music player or all of them in .zipThis is the normal behaviour of a classic Promo Tool distribution service where artists lands to check the latest music.
Anyone can help?

Please note that to use plugins on WordPress.com, you’ll need at least plan Business.
Most folks in these forums have a free WordPress site hosted here with us, and thus can’t install plugins without upgrading.
