  We are looking for a plugin for WooCommerce that allows you to add text field filling on the product page (an open question) and also upload files. Of course, these details and files should be included in the email that the site administrator receives after making the payment.
  It is important that the plugin looks good in Hebrew

  You can use the Product Add-ons extension to enable the option for user-entered custom text. https://woocommerce.com/document/product-add-ons/

  You can see the full documentation here to get a sense of what the plugin offers for functionality. It is tested to workin other languages but I recommend taking advantage of the 30 day refund policy on WooCommerce extensions so you can test it out on your site.
