Looking for a plugin or where to start

I’m hoping that someone might be able to help with plugin selection for a WordPress website. We are finding it quite difficult to articulate what we’d like to search for. I appreciate that this might be one plug-in, or more than one.
We are creating an educational platform, like an online course, that will be a membership site. The content is free, but we’d like to capture data so that we can market and provide relevant information to our audience.
We want a full educational programme that they can access, see their progress (ie % course complete), and continue to access via logging in.
We’d also like the ability to help guide them to which parts are the most relevant to them.
We’d like to integrate with a CRM (likely Hubspot)
The ideal flow would be:
Client lands on website and we say “let us help you”.
They input their email, create an account, and then answer 5 questions about themselves (e.g. job title, concerns, experience on the topic). It would be great if this information could be added to the CRM too.
Then they are showed a number of pieces of content, based on the information they’ve just given. They can also access the full programme too.We’d be very grateful if anyone could signpost if this is available or where to start.

Since using plugins here requires a paid Pro Plan, you’re not likely to find many folks who can offer a recommendation.
