Looking for a plugin w/ fixed urls for each tag

  Hi altogether,

  I am looking for a plug in which enables me to define tags with fixed links behind.
  For example

  Tag/Word Domain
  ===========================================
  wordpress http://www.domainXY.tld/jumpto=wordpresssite
  financial http://www.domain3.tld/jumpto=ft
  etc……

  The plug in should crawl the article whenever it will be saved.

  Does anybody know where to find such a plug in?
