Looking for a product list plugin

  Hi – I wonder if anyone can point me in the right direction – i want to list products on pages on a site – but i don’t need a shopping cart – just the ability to add a product and a description – so all the products list on a page – and with the option to go into a more detailed description – sort of like a shop listing – but with no add to cart and other stuff.

  I have had a look – but not been able to find anything suitable – its for a site where the site owner just want to list plant (machines) and then the user can click on for a detailed description.
