Looking for a quiz plugin with text result (generated based on answers given)

    Hi WP community!
    I just can’t find a plugin, which creates the following scenario:

    I have a short quiz with 10 questions and three possible answers. There’s no right or wrong. After answering everything, I want a text result that consists of sentences based on the given answers. So, for each possible answer, there should be a sentence on the result page.
    I can only find plugins that create result texts based on a percentage (personality test) or logic quizes, that demand me to create hundreds of possible outcome text variations by myself.

    I really hope someome can help me – I feel like this is such an easy function, it’s just not possible that there isn’t a WP plugin that does that :/

    Hello there,

    It sounds like you need a form building plugin, one that has conditional logic – rather than a quiz plugin.

    Perhaps something like Ninja Forms or Form maker: https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/form%20/

    Or even perhaps Gravity Forms.
