Looking for a solution/plugin to add a link, title and alt tag to an image

    We have 5 – 10 image/banner placements daily on new partners’ websites. Each one needs to link to another website and have an alt and a title tag.

    Our partners are WordPress amateurs doing it themselves and most of them implement the title and alt attributes in the wrong tag, double or missing, turning implementation into a bit of a nightmare. For example, some add title in the media, some in media and in page builder (double), some forget it etc. 

    I am looking for an amateur-friendly, coherent solution to adding an image with a link, and correctly placing alt and title attributes. Preferably a plugin that I can make a video of and everyone will understand. Any suggestions/plugins for something that keeps it simple and avoids common pitfalls?
