Looking for a specific originazation/voting tools

  I’m looking to create a table list that can be voted on and added to by anyone.
  I would want to have the ability to vote up or down and have the items shift on the table. I want to be able to add a new item that starts at 0 votes anytime I’d like. Is there an addin that would allow me to do this?

  Example

  List Item Total Vote
  Idea 1 100 Up | Down
  Idea 2 42 Up | Down
  Idea 3 0 Up | Down
  Idea 4 -5 Up | Down

  This feature isn’t built in to WordPress.com by default but it may be possible to add an advanced voting system through custom plugins (supported on the Business plan):

  Without the Business plan, polls would be the closest thing we have to what you described:

  Create a Survey, Poll, or Quiz

  There is also a ratings shortcode which you could try adding to a table:
