  Hi @tuliovargas!

  If you mean a theme with a menu that stays fixed on the side of the screen while you scroll, the first two that come to mind for me are Twenty Sixteen and Blask (this one is more portfolio focused).

  There may be a few others on http://wordpress.com/themes you can look through as well :)
