Looking for a theme like…

    the custom one used on fashionista.com. Particularly the logo and navigation bars with the wrap affect and the header with the featured articles. Are there any free or premium themes with similar characteristics?

    Afraid we can’t apply external themes to a WordPress.com blog. If you don’t have a WordPress.com blog, you’re in the wrong forum and need to be at WordPress.org instead.

    The fact that you are asking about premium themes suggests WordPress.org, rather than this here WordPress.com. There are just free themes here. There’s the CSS upgrade premium feature here, but that’s not recommended unless you know CSS.

    It’s too bad you did not post the URL for the blog when you created this thread. I agree with both raincaoster and Andrew. It does appear as if your are referring to a free software install from wordpress.ORG install, as opposed to a free blog provided by and being free hosted by wordpress.com.

    If you had posted the URL for the blog in question raincoaster could have immeditaely verified whether or not
    (1) the blog is a free blog being free hosted by wordpress.COM in which case the only themes you can use will be located here > Appearance > Themes

    (2) or is a wordpress.ORG software install in which case themes can be found here > http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/

    The two are very different > http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    If you have a wordpress.ORG install then you are posting to the wrong support forum and ought to be posting to this one instead > http://wordpress.ORG/support/
