Looking for a theme or plugin

    I searched and spend much time searching and I can’t find exactly in the descriptions if it supports actually what I needed unless i try. And that would take a lot time for me.

    And so I ran into this inquiry.

    Is there any theme or plug in that would allow example a customer who comes in your business and you make an entry about a service for that customer. Then the customer can monitor online by entering a key or reference to that service and provide the status if it is completed?

    The only plugin that i came to read close to my need is the Ticketing system or the Order status. Will these plugins provide the customer view for their orders or ticket?
