  Hello –

  There are 2 versions of WordPress. What happens here at WordPress.com is a bit different than the self hosted version.

  Please read over this guide which explains some of those differences: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  On WordPress.com each employee would need to have their own user account in order to access the site, you would need to add them as a contributor. WordPress.com may not be the best fit if their login is essential to your site.
