  Looking for an up to date printed manual for wordpress.com. can only find books for wordpress

  There’s no printed manual for WordPress.com. Everything can be found online on our Support site:

  https://wordpress.com/support/

  Also, the search feature on that site is compelling, and you can easily and quickly locate anything.
