looking for basic codes

okay. i’m using the two-column menu rh skin for sandbox, and i am just looking for a few basic codes:
-i want to change the colors of all the links on my site. so they’d be yellow or something. and not underlined. i’m really not into those underlined links. how do i do that?
-how do i change the font for the date and time line? i have an old code, but it doesn’t seem to be working.
-how can i make a menu across the top for additional pages (like in some of the pre-made pressrow theme on wordpress)?
-i like the size of the font in my body text. trouble is, when i sized it, it made all the text on the menus too small. can i change that?
-can i change what the titles on the menus say? (like: it says “blogroll.” can i make it say something different than that?)
-the header on my site is the color i want it, but the subhead is still black. can i change it?
-how can i put dividing lines between my posts?

The css customization upgrade is not recommended for those who lack experience editing css. Css editing cannot be used to edit the underlying template of your blog. It can only be used to alter appearance.
As there is no staff support for learning css customization you will have to wait until a blogger with those skills comes online and chooses to answer your question.
