  I have gone through with so many ready theme but could not find any ready e Commerce shopping theme
  Please advise.

  A theme just controls how your site looks, not how it works. Have a look here for some theme options.

  Also, It sounds like you’re trying to create an e-commerce site with WordPress.com. For that, you would want to check out our plan Business or eCommerce. Both will allow you to install WooCommerce so that your users would be able to purchase products/services on your site:
