Looking for 'Follow Blog' widget

  I have a wordpress blog that does not have the ‘follow blog’ widget already installed. Can someone tell me where to find the files to download and install this widget?

  If you were at WordPress.com, you had no need to install anything. The blog linked to your username is empty and also, you can not install plugins on WordPress.com blogs. You should head to http://wordpress.org/support/.
