Looking for help in deleting a site

  Hi,

  I am trying to delete my site with upgrades. I have cancelled my upgrades but when I attempt to delete the site, it still says that I have upgrades on my site, and won’t let me proceed with deleting.

  There are no longer any upgrades on my purchases page other than a theme that I had previously purchased. It also shows that I am currently using the FREE account now that I had cancelled my upgrades.

  Hi there,

  There’s a bug preventing premium theme deletion and Staff have to remove them for us. I will type modlook into the sidebar tags on this thread for a Staff follow-up.   I’ve removed the premium theme and you should be able to proceed with the deletion. Let me know if you have further trouble with anything :)

  Hi staff-zinnia,

  Thanks for doing that. I’ve deleted the site but it looks like the domain I was using (www.christinepoh.com) is directing to wordpress still. Could this be a redirect issue on your side or do you think its a nameserver issue?

  On the domain side, I changed my nameservers back so I don’t think that is the issue anymore.

  Hi Christine –

  Name servers can take up to 72 hours to update completely after making a change.

  When i do a ‘whois’ search on christinepoh.com I see WordPress.com AND NameCheapHosting name servers.

  You’ll want to remove the WordPress.com ones through enom.
