Looking for help with mp3player and blog style site

    So, http://www.fortitude.me is my site and its ran by wordpress.
    I am a simpleton, and so far I like how its been working.

    Things I want to do and can’t seem to figure out:

    1. A Friend is writing a song for my website, so I want to have it automatically play when people join, and I don’t want it restarting each time they change pages. (plugin/widget would be fine on the left side of the page) With the ability to control starting volume. simple is better for me

    2. I want to make a tab/page on my website kinda like a blog/tumblr style to where I can post a pictures/stories/discussions with the ability for someone to comment on it. Maybe on the side of the blog page it can have a menu to where they can skip to certain folders/sections/topics. I would like for people to be able to share it to social medias through links and I would love if they could comment on it, without signing it, but having to enter a name.

    Would I be better off having a website designed or could this be made through wordpress.

    Thanks for help, links to videos/tutorials are fine with me.
