Looking for Newsletter Plugin

I have several WordPress sites. I am looking for a newsletter plugin that offers the following:
Allows imports from CSV file
HTML editing for newsletter
Uses new posts as newsletter on a monthly basis.
Unlimited subscribers
Unlimited groups
Newsletters by group
Scheduled newsletter sending
Don’t mind paying for the pluging but not an subscription. -
What is the URL starting with http:// for the blog in question? We provide support only for free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and not for WordPress.org software installs. If you are referring to WordPress.ORG software and don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.
If you want FTP access and to install plugins or third party themes into a site then you will have to hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting/ and set up your own WordPress.org install.
There is no FTP access and no blogger installed plugin capability on any free hosted WordPress.com blogs.
