Or a different plugin that is simaler to this one.

I don’t know and it’s not relevant in the context of WordPress.com blogging. There is no FTP access to our free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we bloggers cannot install plugins.

To be clear WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate sites with different username accounts and logins. If you are asking about a WordPress.org install we can’t help you here as you are posting to the wrong support forum. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.
