Looking for plugin to post to Facebook

  I have a few WP blogs and love them, my primary http://www.writeyourbookin21days.com has a great plugin that allows me to clip out a section of that days post and send it out as a TWEET.

  I KNOW there must be one out there to send a post to facebook, but there are SO many that claim to be simple, and easy and non conflicting, and then arent.

  Real simple, can someone recommend a plugin that will allow me, in my posting dashboard to clip a small part of my post and have it automatically placed on my fan page on facebook?

  There is no FTP access to free hosted blogs from and being free hosted by wordpress.COM and uploading plugins is not possible.
