Looking for plugin to rank teams

I am looking to send an invitation to certain voters to participate in a weekly ranking of teams in my league. Ideally, I’m looking for a plugin that would handle this task and I’ve found things that come close, but do not match my need exactly. My sense is that my search skills are off because I’m a noob and that something does exist already and I’m just not finding it. In a nut shell, what I am looking for would do the following…
– allow me to create a distribution list to send to select email address and present each voter with their own link (can’t vote twice)
– load a page that presents the voters with a blank form with numbers 1-25 running down the left side of page
– Next to each number, would be drop-down of teams in the league to select from. bonus if each the drop-down menu automatically removes teams already picked in one of the previous spots (prevents a team from being slotted in multiple spots in the poll)
– Ideally, once submitted, the data could be compiled and displayed nicely. I could always do this once a week, no big deal.Thanks very much in advance for any suggestions.
