Looking for plugins

    I am looking to add the WPFront Scroll Top plugin for my website as featured in this out of date youtube video, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DJ55kwTOerE. I really like this feature and am curious why there is no plugin option for wordpress anymore.

    Third party plugins cannot be installed on WordPress.com sites. This is a security risk as we cannot vet all outside code and it puts our users, their sites, and our servers at risk.

    Plugins are only usable on self-hosted WordPress.org sites.
