Looking for The Bloggess’s reply/comment plugin

  When Jenny Lawson (The Bloggess) creates a new post, it is emailed to her subscribers. When I reply to that email, my reply is automatically posted in the comments section of that blogpost. She has a WordPress site — the return email is comment-reply@wordpress — so I’m assuming this is some sort of plugin but I can’t find it!

  You can’t install plugins on a free wordpress.com website. If you want to do so, you must upgrade to the Business Plan, https://wordpress.com/pricing/.
