Looking for the perfect theme

  I want a theme that is very simple and clean. The majority of my posts will be on the home screen so I want a more basic option. I want to do a header image on top and i want for my posts to be in scroll format, where my readers will just keep scrolling down. It would also be helpful if it weren’t too expensive or maybe even free! thanks to anyone who can answer my question.
