  Hi, I ordered a theme a few hours ago. But it has been incompatible with my current wordpress.com plan and would like a refund.

  I believe you’re inquiring about the Olsen theme which was purchased for $39. Is that right? I’ll be happy to remove the upgrade and process a refund.
