Looking for theme that allows picture at top – and Navigation on left side

    Hi – I’m looking for a theme that will allow me to display a picture at the top of each webpage, and have my Navigation Links for the whole web site on the left side. NOTE that I have only static pages on my website – no need for a blog webpage. Thanks much!
