Looking for theme that provides links to URLs from the home page

Currently searching for WP themes that will allow us to set a home page that acts as a ‘springboard’ to other blog URLs.
We manage a department with four outlets and require a ‘home blog’ to act as the first point of call for customers. Home page ideally to feature four main image tiles to represent each outlet. Click on tile will then navigate to separate blog dedicated to the chosen outlet.
Hope this makes sense and you’re able to save us some valuable time searching.

Hi Simon!
We have several themes that might fit the bill. I think Motif might be the best though. The Grid layout, in particular, seems to be what you’re looking for:

However, the challenge is going to be directing users to outside sites. By default, the theme is setup to direct users to child pages on the same site. That functionality will be difficult to change. You won’t be able to change where the page title directs users. However, you can add an excerpt with a link as shown here:
