Looking for WordPress Expert

Hey Guys!
I have a WP RSS Aggregator (with $100+ in add-ons) for an NHL Website and have all the categories set up for it.
I just need someone to find a way to categorize automated posts for specific teams and allow for pure links (no posts) to be posted.
I want to be able to use a feed source that can automatically publish posts as links to articles (no posts in pages on my website, just external links) on my homepage, and automatically categorize the stories in certain pages that I have created (depending on their content through keywords).
For example, if a site in my feed source publishes a story, I want that article to come into my homepage as a post that is a direct link to that article (not an actual post). I also want to be able to automatically categorize the article on the Canucks (through keywords) as an NHL Team, that is in the Pacific Division, and is the Vancouver Canucks.
I am willing to pay someone to do this.
It really should not take that long.
