Looking for wordpress support for our unique situation/problem now over a week.

  I had a blog originally with a different user name and password where we had paid for domain mapping as well and had a few posts written.The details of this blog and wp account details we had provided to our outsourced team in India who were working on the blog designing and development and then set up in our wp account.

  One good day our login details after this stopped working and we could no long login in to the account.After using the lost password form we either could not and got the reply as this email address is not valid and do not have in the data base.

  On putting up the problem under 1 thread in wp forum we were guided to submit the paypal transaction details and contact email .which we duly did but the form did not accept the details stating this time that the email address of the blog and the email address of the contact are different

  Basically what happened with us was that we were left with our blog at http://indianfoodinprague.wordpress.com without having been able to login to it.

  Asa result of this we had to open a new blog /account here and put up the case again for help as last time we did not get enough help from wp press support on this and the thread was closed by one of the happiness engineers of wp.

  We suspect right now the outsourced development team in India of some fraud here and have a dispute set up under paypal decision with them for the finances paid to them.

  This said done we would like to recover our blog account at (email visible only to moderators and staff) registered originally.

  Hi rachelmcr,

  This is again going round and round :)
  We have gone through that procedure 3 times as i wrote earlier.
  Nevertheless tried it again now and got the down below message :

  Unable to reset password
  I’m sorry, but we weren’t able to find a user with that login information.
  What should I do now?
  Double-check your spelling
  Confirm you have a WordPress.com account and not WordPress.org
  Check your WordPress.com registration email for the correct login
  Did you change your registered email address? Use the new address
  Help!
  Still having problems? Try our account recovery form and we’ll do our best to get you running again.

  For the info;

  We had paid for domain mapping via Paypal for this account for 13 Usd and we have the transaction receipt from Paypal for it as well.

  Any further assistance and help would be highly appreciated.
