Looking ofr a menu plugin that gives me 2nd level horizonal menu

    I’m looking for a menu plugin that will allow me to configure my menus so that the second level opens out as a horizontal line under the primary menu line. Ideally the 2nd line wouyld stay on screen while the page is accessed.

    I’m using the “blue planet” theme.
