Looking to access an old WordPress blog with (old) email address and password

  Hi,

  My old blog (mananamanana.wordpress.com) is associated with an expired/deleted email address (@lycos.com). I do, however, have an old password that I have found in the dusty archives that I would like to try but I can’t reach an ‘Enter password’ filed anywhere.

  Every login page I try with the old email address offers me two options: ‘Send link’ or ‘Enter a password instead’.

  • ‘Send link’ won’t work because I have no access to the email inbox.
  • ‘Enter a password instead’ just redirects me to the start again.

  Is there a url I can go to and try the email/password combination? Thanks.

  OMG, nevermind! I finally stumbled upon a page with a password field and the old password worked. I’m logged in for the first time in about 12 years!

  Now to remember what I wanted to do in there, and decide if I should publish those draft blogposts from 2010…
