Looking to buy a wordpress domain that may expire soon. (Need contact with staff)

  Hello, as my title mentions it, I’m looking for a domain owned by wordpress that may expire very soon, as seen on Whois. I’d like to get in touch with the staff to get more informations if this would be possible or not.

  As far as I know, WordPress.com doesn’t offer a drop-catch service for acquiring expired domains, but I’ll tag this for staff to follow up. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and be patient while waiting.

  Thank you, I’ve read the FAQ page about domains on WordPress ( https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/ ), so I’m wondering how you are buying the domain if it got expired. I will definitely need more details, haha.

  Hi Mathieu.

  @kokkieh is right that WordPress.com doesn’t offer domain drop-catching service. If you’d like, you can look elsewhere for such a service or wait to see if the domain becomes available for general registration again.
