Looking to cancel my domain

I purchased a domain on 10/24 and it stated that i can get a full refund if i would like within 2 days of signing up. i clicked on customer support but they are closed until 10/29…that is clearly after the 2-day refund policy and i don’t want to get screwed. The reason i want to delete my domain is because i want to create a new one with a different name. However, i am not sure i would like to continue using wordpress if i do not get my refund and their customer support is not available. i understand if this is not common instance and usually they can help but i will not understand if i do not get my refund. can anyone help me??

I have the same issue and for the same reason – I want to change my domain name.
Hello, I just purchased a domain name on Sunday, Oct 23 but would like to cancel. As I understand it I can do that and get a full refund if I do so within 48 hours (that’s today). Unfortunately your Support is closed until the 29th which means it would be too late for a refund then. Please advise. My domain name is thefrustratedgreek.com. Thank you, K. Gourntis
