Looking to migrate

  Hi.
  My blog is currently self-hosted but I’m looking to migrate from .org to .com. How should I go about this that’s easiest? I can see all my posts on the wordpress.com side with my account so could I just buy a plan and then my site will be there or do I still need to do the import xml thing? Do I need to talk to my host people and cancel first and then buy a .com plan?
  Any advice is greatly appreciated!

  I see. Thank you for the link.
  Do I need to disconnect my blog from my wordpress.com account and start a new blog and then follow those steps? Because on the .com side it asks me to upgrade my plan even though I already have one.

  I hope that makes sense.

  I can see that you have a Jetpack plan but not a WordPress.com plan.
