    we are exploring migration of WooCommerce website from bluehost vps with cdn to wordpress.com woocommerce paid plan.

    The main intention of using wordpress.com hosting is to retain cdn benefits which you provide per documentation BUT more importantly, if it provides and supports the following:

    REDIS Object caching

    The primary reason for migration is to improve the performance of backend WooCommerce update activities which are very slow.

    I can confirm that while we can keep the same CDN features you’d have through Jetpack and add our own optimizations, Redis Object caching is not available on our infrastructure. Instead, we use Memcache and you can also see it here:
